Under 2021 genomfördes ett stort antal M&A-transaktioner på fastighetsmarknaden i Sverige jämfört med tidigare år. Syftet med studien är att studera motiv till M&A-transaktioner på fastighetsmarknaden, hur dessa skapar värde för fastighetsbolagen samt vilka effekter de ger på marknaden.
