Starting with the end of the Stone Age, the social development of the Neolithic period is studied through the rise of villages, towns, cities and states in ancient Greece up to the birth of Classical Athens. This survey includes history, economic history, art and culture, social development, and also tarde and contact with other areas, such as Egypt.
