En granskning har gjorts av bolagsstyrningsrapporterna från 28 bolag noterade på Stockholmsbörsen. Vid datainsamling har både kvantitativ och kvalitativ metod använts. Uppsatsen har ett deduktivt angreppssätt då utgångspunkten är i teorin. Forskningsansatsen är deskriptiv då vårt syfte är att beskriva och analysera den information som lämnas av börsbolagen i bolagsstyrningsrapporterna. Referensram
