Denna studie behandlar bemanningsföretag, och mer specifikt vilken roll de har i dagens vårdsektor i Sverige. Diskussionen har avgränsats till att främst behandla hyrläkare. Min ansats är att få en överblick över fenomenet, samt undersöka varför det vuxit fram:
