We prove the existence of three-dimensional steady gravity-capillary waves with vorticity on water of finite depth. The waves are periodic with respect to a given two-dimensional lattice and the relative velocity field is a Beltrami field, meaning that the vorticity is collinear to the velocity. This thesis work is an academic study investigating how to transform and re-purpose the abandoned hydroelectric powerplant, Hästbergadammen. The powerplant has been abandoned since the dam collapsed in 2010, and the case of rebuilding it has been in the Land and Environment Court since 2016. The thesis proposes a new purpose for the site.
