Kursens övergripande fokus är att ge doktorander en introduktion till förvaltningssidan av vattenförsörjning, inklusive organisatoriska aspekter, politisk styrning och finansiella frågor. Huvudfokus för den föreslagna kursen är hur vi kan organisera för mer hållbara vatten- och avloppshanteringstjänster.
